PAFAH1B1 silencing selectively reduces TNBC cell growth. A , TNBC cell lines MDA-MB-231, HCC38, and BT549 were transfected with either non-silencing control siRNA (siNS) or siRNA targeting PAFAH1B1 , and live cells were counted after 5 days using trypan blue exclusion or quantified using crystal violet staining.
